"Absolutely superb service from start to finish removing our old Victorian interceptor trap that kept blocking. After filling out the web site inquiry form I had a call back within 20 minutes from Romy and after sending some site photos, I had a quote within a couple of hours. Excellent communication throughout the process and very reassuring clearly explaining what happens. Work was done quickly and efficiently within a few hours just using hand tools, and the area was left clean and tidy. Process was topped off with a CCTV survey to check everything. Very competitively priced and they were willing to travel from Dorset to Reading in Berkshire.
